We may collect your name, mobile number, email address where provided, delivery address, city, state, PIN code, order and product information, payment status and payment reference information, courier and tracking information, and information you voluntarily submit through contact or order forms.

We use this information to process orders, reconcile or verify payments, manufacture and fulfil products, arrange delivery, provide order tracking, communicate with customers, provide support, prevent fraud or security misuse, and maintain necessary transaction and business records.

Prepaid payments are handled through the applicable Razorpay payment service. WhiteFilament does not directly collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or online banking credentials through its own website. We may retain payment status and reference information needed to reconcile and support an order.

Necessary information may be shared with service providers only where required to provide the service, including the payment provider, courier or logistics providers, website, database and hosting infrastructure, and other necessary technical service providers. We do not sell customer personal information for advertising purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, and applicable transaction or business-record requirements.
