WhiteFilament offers 3D-printed products that may be made to order or partially customized. Normal variations in surface texture, visible layer appearance, finish, colour or lighting appearance, and small dimensional or visual details can occur because of 3D printing and made-to-order production. Such minor variations are not automatically defects when they do not materially affect the product's intended function or appearance.

This does not exclude responsibility for a product that is genuinely damaged, materially defective or incorrect.

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately. Appearance may vary slightly because of screen or display differences, lighting, photography or video conditions, and normal 3D-printing variations.

Prices displayed on whitefilament.com at the time of ordering apply to that order, subject to any valid promotional discount that WhiteFilament may offer in the future. The current price displayed on the relevant product page applies when you place the order.

An order may be considered confirmed after the required payment or payment verification in accordance with the payment process operating on the website. WhiteFilament currently accepts prepaid payments through the configured Razorpay payment process. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Production and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation, replacement and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

WhiteFilament website branding, original product presentation, website content and original creative material may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, subject to applicable third-party rights. WhiteFilament does not claim ownership of religious figures, traditional imagery or third-party intellectual property merely because it appears in a product.

WhiteFilament is not responsible for delays or loss caused by inaccurate customer details, misuse of a product, or events reasonably outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law. These terms operate subject to applicable Indian law.
