Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please allow up to 15 days for production and delivery. If you are ordering for a specific festival, celebration, Golu, Vijayadashami, birthday or gifting date, we recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance.

Delivery on a specific date is not guaranteed unless WhiteFilament has explicitly confirmed it. Actual timing can vary because of production requirements, customer location, courier availability, public holidays or festivals, weather, logistics disruptions, and other circumstances reasonably outside WhiteFilament's control.

We currently fulfil orders within India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.

Please provide an accurate recipient name, mobile number, complete delivery address, city, state and PIN code. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery.

Once an order has shipped and tracking information is available, WhiteFilament may provide the courier and tracking details through the existing Track Order functionality. Tracking information is added when available and may not update in real time from the courier.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or materially defective, contact hello@whitefilament.com promptly. Please retain the packaging and provide your Order ID with clear photographs or video where reasonably needed to assess transit damage or another reported issue.
